"This is my last week at Tema. Tough decision not to continue with the new 超级智能 TBD lab here, especially given the talent and compute density. But I'm going back to where the research culture still rewards papers over leaderboards."

This is my last week at Tema. The "talent and compute density" is the best I've ever seen, but I've decided to go back to work closer to fundamental research.
