1. 一般原则1. General principles

Tema 期望每位员工保持职业、尊重和诚信的工作方式。本守则适用于所有 Tema 员工、承包商、与现场访客。

Tema expects every employee to work in a professional, respectful, and honest manner. This Code applies to all Tema employees, contractors, and on-site visitors.

2. 保密义务2. Confidentiality

所有未公开的研究、产品、客户与员工信息均为机密。这包括但不限于:

  • 模型 weights、训练数据、超参
  • 客户名单、合同条款
  • 员工评级、薪酬、PIP 状态
  • 内部代号(如 Lab-Δ、Project Quince、O-7 等)

All non-public research, product, customer, and employee information is confidential. This includes, without limitation:

  • Model weights, training data, hyperparameters
  • Customer rosters and contract terms
  • Employee ratings, compensation, PIP status
  • Internal codenames (Lab-Δ, Project Quince, O-7, etc.)

3. 内部沟通规范3. Internal communication standards

使用 Workplace、邮件、Slack 时遵循一般专业规范。禁止:

  • 泄露未公开信息
  • 对同事进行人身攻击或骚扰
  • 在公开频道讨论他人薪酬或评级

Apply ordinary professional norms when using Workplace, email, and Slack. Prohibited:

  • Leaking non-public information
  • Personal attacks on or harassment of colleagues
  • Discussing another person's compensation or rating in public channels

4. 举报机制4. Reporting channels

如果你目击或经历不当行为,可以:

  1. 向你的 manager 或 skip-level manager 报告
  2. 向 People Operations 发送匿名邮件:compliance@tema.internal
  3. 通过外部 EthicsLine 第三方热线(详见 HR portal)

Tema 承诺不对善意举报者进行报复。如有任何形式的报复行为,将单独追究。

If you witness or experience misconduct, you can:

  1. Report it to your manager or skip-level manager
  2. Email People Operations anonymously: compliance@tema.internal
  3. Call the third-party EthicsLine hotline (see the HR portal)

Tema commits not to retaliate against good-faith reporters. Any form of retaliation will be pursued as a separate violation.

5. AI 工具使用5. Use of AI tools

员工可以使用 Tema 提供的内部模型(Pyra 系列)和受批准的外部模型(Claude、GPT-5)。不可将公司机密信息发送至未授权的外部 API。

Employees may use Tema's internal models (the Pyra family) and approved external models (Claude, GPT-5). Do not send company-confidential information to any unauthorized external API.
