1. 使命
Lab-Δ 的使命是 在 Tema 内部构建通往 superintelligence 的最直接路径。我们不追求短期商业产品,不追求学术发表,只追求能力跃迁。
2. 结构
Lab-Δ 在组织上"扁平"——所有 senior 研究员直接向 CAO (王启航) 汇报。Lab-Δ 不出现在公司 org chart 中,成员名单仅 CAO 与 CEO 知悉。
3. 资源

Lab-Δ 接收来自 Veritas Integration 的数据,接收来自 Pyra Eval Working Group 的评测支持。不受 Heliodor Research 评议。
1. Mission
Lab-Δ's mission is to build the most direct path inside Tema toward superintelligence. We don't pursue short-term commercial products, we don't pursue academic publications — we pursue capability jumps, full stop.
2. Structure
Lab-Δ is organizationally "flat" — all senior researchers report directly to the CAO (王启航 Qihang Wang). Lab-Δ does not appear on the company org chart, and the member roster is known only to the CAO and CEO.
